Boosting Peace Potentials
Steps for Peace develops programmes for international and local partners with the aim of recognising and optimising contributions to promoting peace and reducing conflict in their work. The training courses follow on from basic knowledge in the area of conflict transformation and combine this with
• conflict management techniques such as peace education
• methods of peace- and conflict-sensitive project management and evaluation such as respecting Do No Harm rules and applying the analysis techniques of the Reflecting on Peace Practice approach
• basic skills such as organisational development and trainer competence.
