Communication is aid

A new, free online learning course, Communication is Aid, aims to raise awareness and build basic skills for communicating effectively with crisis-affected communities, before and after an emergency breaks. The course is divided into five modules that include interactive, scenario-based challenges that let learners make key decisions about communication in situations like earthquakes, hurricanes, and post-conflict environments.

Infoasaid aims at improving the quality of humanitarian assistance through enhanced information exchange between crisis-affected populations and aid agencies.
