Global Investigative Journalism Conference: Call for Ideas

The 11th Global Investigative Journalism Conference is scheduled for this September 26-29 in Hamburg, Germany, at two state-of-the-art venues: the Spiegel Publishing House and the HafenCity University Hamburg.

Here’s your opportunity to propose great ideas for the conference. Add your suggestions in the embedded form below by February 4, 2019. In keeping with the GIJC tradition, the session ideas should be skills-based – focused on the tools, techniques and how-to of investigative and data journalism. We don’t want “war stories,” we want methodology. Please add suggestions for compelling panels, workshops and other presentations.
