Since 1 April the BICC server hosts a website and discussion forum on private military and security companies (PMSCs). On the one hand, the
website offers the opportunity to post messages and make announcements regarding upcoming conferences and publications on the PMSC issue. On the other, it also serves as a forum for debate, taking into account the historical, legal, political, sociological and ethical perspectives on military privatization. The overall intention is to further exchange between those people interested in the various different facets of the topic by providing for a common, inter-disciplinary internet forum.
