Gender and Cybersecurity 101

Four factsheets highlight why gendered cybersecurity is crucial in civilian crisis management, as online violence –especially against women and girls –intensifies risks in conflict – affected and fragile settings, often escalating from digital abuse to real-world gender-based violence. Produced by the CoE, the factsheets explain the concept and its links to the WPS agenda, provide practical guidance for EU civilian missions and UNSCR 1325 National Action Plans, and include a glossary of key terms.
