Student Uprising in Serbia: The Power of Nonviolence

The Centre for Nonviolent Action has published the text “The Student Uprising in Serbia: The Power of Nonviolence,”authored by Ivana Franović. The publication explores how and why the student rebellion began and evolved, highlighting the students’ and citizens’ deep commitment to nonviolent action in the face of the regime’s brutal repression. It also reflects on the solidarity that emerged across the region and the sense of renewed hope these young people have inspired.
