Dialogue Facilitation
The five-day training is designed for practitioners in peace and conflict work—or those aspiring to enter the field—who want to deepen their understanding of the complexities and dilemmas involved in dialogue facilitation.
Dialogue is one of the most widely recognized forms of third-party intervention in conflict settings. Effective facilitation is developed through sustained practice, reflection, and learning from what succeeds or fails in specific contexts. This training provides insights into the various dimensions of dialogue facilitation, highlighting the skills and attitudes required, while also encouraging participants to consider their own positionalities, privileges, and biases. By combining theoretical concepts with practical exercises, participants will have the opportunity to practice and enhance their facilitation abilities within a supportive and safe environment.
