New wind in europe's western balkan policy?

Development in the Western Balkans has been challenging, with issues like political instability, economic struggles, democratic backsliding, emigration, external authoritarian influence, and climate impacts, while the EU enlargement process remains stalled. This conference, organized by Southeast Europe Association (SOG), the German Eastern Business Association and the Protestant Academy Loccum, will discuss the EU's current initiatives—such as the Berlin Process, Economic and Investment Plan, and Green Agenda—which aim to address these challenges and support the region’s EU accession efforts.
