How can we understand, analyze and address digital harm in conflict?
Review of Global Best Practices | March 2025
The report: "Addressing Digital Harms in Conflict: a Review of Global Best Practices", commissioned by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office's Migration and Conflict Directorate, considers different categories of digital harm, and what we know about their impact on conflict. It looks into how people and organisations working in the peacebuilding and mediation fields might identify, track, and understand digital harms and their impact on conflict in an evidence-based way and outlines what effective strategies exist or can be envisaged that might confront digital harms, address their impact, and build resilience against them.
