The Locally led Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) guide, developed by Peace Direct together with local peacebuilding partners, provides practical tools and approaches for designing more decolonial MEL practices. It aims to re-centre the voices, knowledge and needs of local communities and peacebuilders and can be applied across peacebuilding, development and humanitarian contexts.
