Throughout the month of February 2004, UNIFEM, the International Women\'s Tribune Center, and the Women\'s International League for Peace and Freedom, will moderate an E-mail discussion to share information, gather ideas, coordinate strategies, and anticipate what might be achieved in 2004 in relation to Security Council Resolution 1325 on Women, Peace and Security.
